Hey, I’m Lynley. Being born and raised in the southern United States, humility was ingrained in me at birth.
Unsolicited compliments were graciously accepted, of course, but it certainly wasn’t proper to boldly elicit praise or admiration for yourself or your achievements!
We may like fishing down here, but fishing for compliments is out of the question!
Spending 15 years in corporate America changed my perspective on compliments, though. I saw first-hand just how powerful a praise-packed email from a client to my supervisor could be to my career. But after I started my copywriting business, retained clients, and got results for them, I shied away from asking for testimonials.

How do I access the content?
As soon as you've completed your purchase, you'll get an email with links to all the content!
It may take 10 minutes or so for the email to reach your inbox, but don't fret. It's coming! It'll also help to add hello@lynleyhipps.com to your contacts list to make sure it stays out of spam. If it takes longer, email us and we'll figure it out!
Is this an automated system?
No, but it would be pretty easy to automate in your email marketing software! If this is something you'd be interested in, let me know and I'll look into creating an automation map!
How complicated is it to set up the system?
The system really contains three parts:
1. Email (can be your own email account or within an email service provider)
2. Submission form (to standardize the info you're collecting)
3. Spreadsheet or Trello board to track how, when, and where you're sharing
You can use any or all of these pieces - they are not dependent upon one another. But if implementing the system feels a little overwhelming right now, then you can start slowly!
Start first with the messaging templates. Choose the one you like, customize it with your specific info and voice, plop it into an email, and hit send! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Remember, the system is supposed to relieve pressure...not add pressure! So take your time.
How long will I have access to the materials?
You have unlimited access to the materials while the course is live (and we plan to keep it that way for a loooooong time!).
But if you're worried (which you shouldn't be), go ahead and download everything to your Google Drive immediately! When we update or add new content, we'll alert you via email, so you can keep your file updated, too.
Will you show me how to use all the tools?
You betcha! Each piece of the toolkit is accompanied by a short video explaining what the tool is used for, how to customize it for yourself, how to save it to your own drive, etc.
